Senior Engineering Manager

Position Overview:

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all engineering activities within our organization, leading our team of engineers, driving successful product development for new products, accelerating existing product line growth, and building a robust engineering department for future company growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful development and delivery of our aviation products. The ideal candidate will possess a background in aerospace engineering with an ability to lead a team to achieve higher efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management leadership role, with at least 2 years in an aerospace engineering or similar field.

• Strong technical expertise in aviation engineering principles and practices.

• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as FAA regulations, is highly desirable.
