From aerial firefighting tanks and refill pumps to flight control quadrants and electric power systems, our products keep the global utility aviation fleet in the air when it matters most.
But none of it happens without expert hands, the craftspeople who transform design into precision-built, flight-ready reality.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a world-class Welder & Fabricator to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team in Bend, Oregon. This is a hands-on position for a true craftsman who thrives on precision, variety, and purpose-driven work — someone who takes pride in producing components that make a difference in the world.

- Fit, tack, and weld complex assemblies and subassemblies to tight tolerances
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, height gauges, angle finders, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs for manufacturability
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in alignment with AS9100 and aerospace manufacturing standards
Qualifications
