Kawak’s engineers use state of the art software to create digital models of each product we design enabling us to validate form, fit, and functionality prior to building the first prototype. Our design team uses Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to calculate component displacements, strains, and stresses under internal and external loads, reducing the need for costly prototypes, eliminating rework and delays, and saving time and development costs. FEA models are submitted to the FAA for review by our close-knit team of DER’s for airworthiness review and approval for flight operations. Kawak’s design process ensures that initial prototypes through production products meet and exceed every customers needs and expectations.
